Instructions For Your Video Upload

The next step is to send us your video.

Please save your video clip with a maximum length of 10 minutes and 2 cuts in .mp4 or .mov format. Please name the video file as follows: "Lastname,Firstname,CalibrationGSIOe,Year" (e.g.: Soechting,Elisabeth,CalibrationGSIOe,2021).

Please send your video file as an attachment in an email to eso@seminarinstitut.com. Your video is probably too heavy. You email program will suggest to use an auxiliary software such as MailDrop or WeTransfer. This is usually not a problem.

We will immediately forward your video to an ASIFM rater. We will let you know as soon as we have received the result.
